2. Conductor material and composition.
2.1 The phase conductor of the bus duct adopts high conductivity TMY electrical hard copper rolled by T2 electrolytic copper, which meets the national standard. The purity requirement of the copper busbar is ≥ 99.95%, and the DC resistivity at 20 ℃ is ≤ 0.01708 Ω mm2/m. The entire busbar is tinned.
The cover plate and side plate of the busbar enclosure are assembled by rolling high-quality and heat dissipating aluminum profiles. 3. Insulation material

3.2 The insulation material adopts the process of covering each phase of copper bars as a whole, and the insulation aging life reaches more than 30 years.
3.3 It can maintain its flexibility and dielectric strength without aging in an environment temperature of -5 ℃~40 ℃ for a long time.
4. Shell material:
To ensure the strength, rigidity, and heat dissipation effect of the busbar trunking system, the aluminum alloy shell side plate of the busbar trunking system adopts a shell with a heat dissipation device.
